This tool provides a brief overview of the importance of establishing a baseline understanding of staff readiness and capacity to implement GBA Plus in their work. It includes a staff GBA Plus readiness and capacity survey template that organizations can use to obtain an understanding of where they are starting in terms of knowledge, skills, and resources, which in turn, can assist them in planning how to integrate, or strengthen, their GBA plus capacity moving forward. This survey can also be re-administered over time to track progress.
