On March 26-28th, 2018, the first National Small Centres Settlement & Integration Conference was held for organizations that deliver services to newcomer immigrants in communities outside major urban cities. 184 delegates from across Canada met and discussed trends, excellent practices, challenges, ways that technology and innovation can assist service providers, and priorities for IRCC’s next call-for-proposals.
