Klinic Community Health’s Trans Health Klinic is available to Manitobans aged 16 or older who fall under the Transgender and/or Non-binary umbrella, inclusive of Two-spirit, Agender, Bigender, Genderqueer, Genderfluid, and more.
How to access this service:
Individuals can self-refer by submitting the registration form available here or in person at Klinic. They can also ask their primary care provider for a referral. Note that THK clients must have a primary care provider to access THK services.
