Funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Altered Minds Inc. has been working on a research project called “Partnerships for Better Housing”. The project aims at developing a community needs assessment in the area of newcomer housing in Winnipeg and creating a Community Action Plan.
As part of this project, in collaboration with many sector organizations and individuals, the “Newcomer Housing Needs Assessment” was compiled.
The final report “Community Action Plan”, is now available in both official languages.
