MANSO is saddened to learn of the passing of Marty Dolin, Marty was the past Executive Director at Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Council – Welcome Place, a longtime advocate for refugees, and friend and mentor to many in our sector.
“Marty Dolin saw the world in black and white, both metaphorically and through his camera lens. He loved to shoot black-and-white photography and when it came to advocating on behalf of refugees, there was no grey area, said his friend and former colleague Marta Kalita. He was all in.”
