Hosted by the Government of Manitoba, the Manitoba Settlement Support Services (MSSS) provides project funding to enhance settlement and integration services and programs that facilitate the successful social and economic integration of newcomers in Manitoba.
The MSSS aims to build a network of support and a community of care to better assist newcomers’ integration into Manitoba communities. It also supports newcomers in finding employment aligned with their skills and in building professional networks.
Funded projects align with government priorities and help ensure that newcomers can participate fully in community life and contribute to Manitoba’s economy. MSSS also works to fill gaps in newcomer services by supporting initiatives that enhance the existing service network, avoiding duplication, and ensuring coordinated efforts.
