MANSO has been asked by many of our members about our recommendations on COVID-19 mandates, as federal and provincial requirements are not always aligned. We reached out to seek guidance from our funder, Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), public health officials, and labour lawyers. Their responses are compiled and included in this one-pager, along with some other resources that could be helpful to guide our member organizations through this process.
