Not-profit groups and private companies must comply with the all the standards under the Act as they become a regulation. The deadline is November 2018 to have policies and/or practices in place for the Accessible Standard for Customer Service. During the presentation focusing on the requirements of the Customer Service Standard, Patricia will offer examples of what organizations should consider having as part of their policy. There will be lots of time for Q & A.
